Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Bishop Sport Systems (AKA, Deck Sport Systems) collects and uses information when you use PracticeDeck in Canada. We collect only what we need to operate accounts, builders, subscriptions, publishing, support, security, and product improvement.
Bishop Sport Systems (AKA, Deck Sport Systems) is accountable for personal information under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other Canadian privacy laws that may apply.

Service Providers
We use trusted providers to run PracticeDeck. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments, Resend or another email provider for account and support emails, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and hosting or analytics providers for delivery and reliability.
Service providers may process or store information in Canada or outside Canada. When information is handled by service providers, it may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed or stored.
Public Content
Public coach profile pages and coach following are not currently available. Published content may still display creator credit.
Private share links allow anyone who has the enabled link to view the shared content. Profile pictures and team logos are stored with publicly accessible image URLs; hiding a coach profile does not restrict those URLs. Avoid uploading private athlete information as a picture or logo.
If you publish content, that content and associated creator information may be visible to other users or public visitors. Published content may be indexed in Discover and may show counts such as views, saves, ratings, and PracticeDeck adds.
Children and Youth Sports
PracticeDeck accounts are intended for adult coaches and authorized users, not children. Do not upload children's personal information unless you have the authority and meaningful consent required by applicable Canadian law, team policy, and league or school rules.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and preserve backups. You may request account or content deletion through support.
Your Choices
- You may update profile and content information in the app.
- You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal when available.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or a privacy challenge by contacting the PracticeDeck Privacy Officer.
- You may withdraw consent for optional marketing emails at any time. Account, security, billing, and service emails may still be sent when needed to operate PracticeDeck.
- You may choose not to publish content publicly.
Safeguards and Incidents
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. If a privacy or security incident creates a real risk of significant harm, we will take steps required by Canadian law, which may include notice to affected people, regulators, or both.
